Prospects will be able to apply online through the tenant portal. All prospects will go through our rental verification process: income verification, rental verification, credit check, security deposit, background and criminal checks, and more.
Rent payment must be in by the 5th of every month, owners are then paid on the 6th of every month, so that the owner may receive payment by the 10th of every month.
We look through every issue created through the tenant portal to verify if it will result in a tenant or owner charge.
We do a move in, 6 month, yearly (if applicable), and a move out inspection. A report is sent to the tenant and the owner directly through rmAppSuite.
Our Owner Web Access allows our owners to see all maintenance requests and payments. Furthermore our team will communicate with you through Email, Calling, or Texting.
Although we screen our prospects for each property very thoroughly, in the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we are swift to take legal action to remove the violating tenant from your property promptly. We are quick to re-list your property to find a new tenant.
